Unless your child is in cardiac arrest or missing a limb, they will not be seen and you will be waiting a very long time. Bring your pillow and sheets you’ll be there for a while. Absolutely absurd how long you wait at this hospital.
Out of all the times I’ve been there this year (2025) we have been attended in a timely matter with the proper care and that’s all I can ask for in a ER hospital. Thank you.
I don’t know what kind of impact my review will have as I see they currently have a 1.9 lmao! I don’t think they care at this point. They have no true competition so what can you do. However I will write it anyway because I want to call out a male PA at the ER dept. Just no. The doctors and nurses were good but everything wrong about the US healthcare system is otherwise on display here -- long waits, high costs, insurance complexity, etc. And anyone who says this is just the way it is needs to get their head out of the sand.
This hospital is a disgrace to the community and to the patients who rely on it. My son has been here for over three hours and they still have not managed to provide something as basic as a chest x-ray. This is one of the most routine, standard diagnostics in medicine, yet we have been left waiting endlessly while my child is sick and in need of care.
