Just got a free drum kit about a month ago and Sam has helped me restore some missing screws and tuned the kit on the spot. If I ever purchase a new drum set, it will be from him. Thanks Sam.

Sam was fantastic when setting up an awesome drum set for our daughter. He considered each of our requests/needs and really put thought and effort into every detail of the set up. Then, he was so wonderful, accommodating, and enthusiastic when we brought our daughter in to surprise her with it. Truly an all around wonderful experience and I strongly recommend shopping local with Sam. His passion and dedication to the craft is outstanding.

Always been a customer at Sam's for years - going back to early 1980s. They always had just the right drums for any band I was drumming with (Tools of the Trade) .

I bought a set of 1969 Ludwig psychedelic red at his old store in SAN Francisco, 1999? They are the best sounding drums I've ever owned! Sam is an awesome guy and a fantastic drummer! I'll never sell that kit, those drums rule!!!

Sam was super helpful, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'm a novice with drum repair and he took the reins and tuned up my whole kit.

Went to Oregon on vacation and stopped by Sam's drum shop. I wanted a t-shirt (since I couldn't take a drumset on the flight home ) but he was out but said he could send one when he had some in. He's a man of his word as I got my shirt even though it cost him $3.50 to send it. I recommend stopping by when in Eugene.
