I chose Salvo based on their strong reviews, and my initial experience supported that reputation. They responded quickly, arrived promptly to provide a quote, and stuck to the timeline they outlined for ordering the liner and starting the job. They began work exactly when they said they would, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the issues that followed are the main reasons for my two-star rating. They replaced my pool liner in May 2023, and left stones and bumps throughout the under surface of the pool liner. I cannot use an automated pool cleaner for fear of damage to the liner. The front office was great, but actually installation was terrible.

We had another company put in a liner for us. After a while, it started leaking and ran up our water bill. The liner was cheap and cheaply done. They left concrete chips on the bottom. We contracted Salvo Pools to redo the pool. Salvo Pools cleaned up their mess and installed a thicker liner. Cushioned bottom, better trim and a beautiful color. Looks brand new. Our pool is 15x30 and the outside deck dimensions are 28x38. Since our lot is sloped at a 5% grade, the pool had to incorporate outside walls to hold the soil IN while supporting the deck. It was tricky construction, but Salvo Pools did it, complete with hot tub and bench seats at the shallow end and a bench seat at the deep end, plus blue tiles added along the edges for extra effect. Salvo replacement liner, new steps for inground pool with sand underneath the liner. gave us the run around for 2 months after we said we needed done before an actual date.when they finally showed up they rushed putting everything in and without packing the sand down they just tralled it. needless to say by the weekend we start to get crater's along the sidewall on the bottom. they wouldn't return phone calls or emails. there is more things wrong after the put in the steps the flow of water going through jets have declined. ... read more
