SALVO POOLS , as they built our beautiful oblong pool. We originally used them for weekly pool maintenance, until they left that part pf the pool business. Then as the pool was reaching 16 yrs old it was starting to show its age. We contacted SALVO again to deal with the original contractor, but more importantly to talk to one of the TOP pool major maintenance companies in Tallahassee about refreshing the pool appearance. What an amazing experience!! From the first on site meeting to fill day, Ryan, Matt, Andrew, Megan and Nathan were all wonderful to work with! What stood out most was the honesty and transparency—they set clear expectations early on and followed through on every promise. The people at Salvo pools are great. Ryan, Brittnay, and especially Dan have all done a wonderful job. The pool looks great! I cant say enough good things about them. We got a little rushed in the end and Dan wrapped up the pool quickly, when he said things would be done they were! Very pleasant company to work with. Would recommend them without reservation. I'm extremely happy with my experience working with Salvo Pools on the installation of my new liner. Their team is clearly committed to delivering the best possible customer experience. They supported me through a few challenges during the process, and the end result is a beautiful pool that my family can now enjoy. I chose Salvo based on their strong reviews, and my initial experience supported that reputation. They responded quickly, arrived promptly to provide a quote, and stuck to the timeline they outlined for ordering the liner and starting the job. They began work exactly when they said they would, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the issues that followed are the main reasons for my two-star rating.
