They replaced my pool liner in May 2023, and left stones and bumps throughout the under surface of the pool liner. I cannot use an automated pool cleaner for fear of damage to the liner. The front office was great, but actually installation was terrible.
We had another company put in a liner for us. After a while, it started leaking and ran up our water bill. The liner was cheap and cheaply done. They left concrete chips on the bottom. We contracted Salvo Pools to redo the pool. Salvo Pools cleaned up their mess and installed a thicker liner. Cushioned bottom, better trim and a beautiful color. Looks brand new. Our pool is 15x30 and the outside deck dimensions are 28x38. Since our lot is sloped at a 5% grade, the pool had to incorporate outside walls to hold the soil IN while supporting the deck. It was tricky construction, but Salvo Pools did it, complete with hot tub and bench seats at the shallow end and a bench seat at the deep end, plus blue tiles added along the edges for extra effect.
