Dr Pacella had to do reconstructive surgery after I had Mohs surgery to remove skin cancer on the tip of my nose. He cautioned me at our first consult because of the numerous scars on my nose due to previous Mohs surgery that it could require a forehead flap. Once I came out of surgery, I was so grateful to find out that he was able to find a way around the forehead flap.
