Their staff was friendly enough, Dr. Cohen misdiagnosed my son his last 2 visits there, when I had to bring him back the day after his last visit they charged me another co-pay saying it was a follow up. In reality the Dr. wanted to conduct a test on my son he should have done the day before as I explained to him that my wife was home ill and my son suffering the exact same symptoms, but, he ignored me and didn't swab my son's nose to check him for the flu, doesn't get easier than that. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community.
