My friend has been there for 3 months now and loves the staff and the atmosphere. Her one complaint is often being quarantined to the 3rd floor and the elevator situation. The staff are wonderful considering the smaller spaces and the ancient building. I find everyone there very respectful.
Please don’t put your loved one in here. This is the most disorganized place going. They leave only one person on the floor durning meal times which leaves residence on their own for over an hour. My mother went in for a Respess stay the very first day I found her crying in the hall by herself. The people in charge are horrible. Dads room was 91 degrees this summer. Staff are nice but way overworked. Not a very clean place either. Floors are sticky and dirty. Long story short stay away!
I wanted to thank Major Donna and all the other staff members that made my mom's 100 th Birthday celebration a very special day for her at her morning Birthday gathering on Friday November 18. You are all wonderful people and it shows that you all enjoy your jobs based on that extra mile that you all take to make your residents and their family members very happy.
