I purchased a couch and it didn't smell like smoke. I was making payments so it was put in their storage. when it was delivered it smelled horrible like smoke. I called right away. only will give me 50% of what they could resell it for. the whole place smells of smoke as well. disgusting. I was a long time customer. will never purchase their again.

Very poor customer service! Don’t ever get appliances here. I worked with some very nice people but Ryan the manager was not one of them. I was not informed that my stove would not come with all the necessary parts I called to inquire about it. Ryan was rude and end up hanging up on me.
My refrigerator broke last Thursday. On Sunday my MIL and I went to Salvage Warehouse to purchase a new (used) one. I paid for the fridge and I paid an extra $60 to add in an ice maker. The fridge was delivered this afternoon with a big dent in the front of it that was not there at the time of my purchase. The only thing that has been offered is that they will come pick it up and I can get their only other one that will fit my kitchen. Or I can return this one and still be charged for the delivery and the icemaker. No owners... read more

Edit - I changed my rating from 1 to 4, because it was a phone issue, hoped to visit the actually store. the owner replied and I really appreciate the response and communication.......THANK YOU SO MUCH.....old comment�very rude, you don't have to hang up on someone that's being very polite and courteous. Whoever I talked to, should and could've said, hey when get the dates of your appliances, then call us back to see if we'll buy it. You didn't know if they were old, by the way they're up to date. Do NOT purchase appliances here!!!!! They say when they are selling you something that you have a 1 year warranty. You don't. You have 3 months. To make matters worse, the refrigerator we purchased was "fixed" and illegally sold to us broken. They masked a refrigerant leak that cost us a paid maintenance visit from another company to tell us. We didn't even get 5 months of proper use and the tech said our temptures have been too low and everything needs thrown out. The tech also told us that they masked the issue, plugged it... read more
So me and my daughter bought a full size bed frame, I was told if I don't like it I can bring it back within 30 days. So I take it back in 20 days because it was damaged and it was different then they said it would be, the legs in the middle didn't touch the ground so when laying on it the bed sunk in. When I took it back and told him I wanted to return it they said they can't do that but they can rig it and try to make it better.
