Great dinning. Came here for the Huskies Basketball game 1/26/2020 and the hotel Goodwin restaurant was closed. Was happy to fine this lovely restaurant with excellent Italian food. shrimp cocktail that were huge, then a pasta dish with a meat sauce that was to die for. This was off the lunch menu ,we both took food home. For dessert we had a vanilla moose with chocolate shavings on top. the owner personally came over to see how we liked the food. DELICIOUS. The owner, Jimmy is amazing. The staff is wonderful. Very generous portions and excellent menu. The food was delicious. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. They, very generously, sent us home with freshly made biscotti and garlic bread. I will certainly be returning soon and bringing friends.
Had wedding rehearsal dinner at Salute this past Friday night. Everything was perfect—from the delicious food to the efficient and friendly staff. Will definitely being going back there.
Wonderful experience tonight. It was our family’s first time. All 13 of us, including two toddlers who liked it better under the tables rather than their seats. The service is on point! The food is delicious! The wine options are for all budgets! Meals are large so there’s enough for lunch tomorrow. Thank you to our new friend for dessert AND all the garlic bread loaves to cook at home ❤️. The wait was all worth it!!!
Just great staff. That makes any meal better. The food is amazing but the staff really make you feel like family.
