We often drive between NH and Long Island and discovered this place by chance. Now we have been making plans to stop here for dinner. It's easy to get to/from I-91, food is always excellent, service is wonderful, and our kids love it. The other night, our fifth or sixth visit, the owner stopped by our table several times and was very friendly, desserts and coffee were on the house. This will be our regular dinner stop on our NH trips for a long time. A real gem that I look forward to visiting again.
One of my favorite restaurants. Took my daughter for her first visit. Food and service was wonderful as usual. They even gave us each a free dessert, which we enjoyed at home later in the evening.
My mother, brother and I had a wonderdul meal. Excellent service. Top notch. Highly recommended. We will be back.

What a great experience. My fiancé, daughters, and I went for lunch before a show at the Bushnell. Even though they were expecting a wedding party, they fit us in a side room and treated us like we were the only ones there. The manager and waiter couldn't have been nicer. The food was spectacular at incredibly affordable prices (including a 10% discount for people going to a show). We loved the cheese garlic bread and all of our dishes. We are from out of town, and I would drive the two hours just to go here again. What a wonderful restaurant and the food is delicious. There were five in our party, and everyone thought it was wonderful!
Dining at Salute is always a special experience. From being greeted warmly by Jimmy Cosgrove, to the excellent service, to the incredible entrees, and the over the top deserts!! Without hesitation, I would recommend Salute!!
