This place is the most awful place I have ever heard of, step foot in or even looked at. When you walk in, the first thing you are met with is a ceiling tile full of mold. I brought a family member in voluntarily to receive alcohol addiction help, after 2 hours of being checked in said family member began calling me frantically and very upset. as a teen who went here not that long ago this place needs to be shut down, the staff do nothing but gossip about each other and the therapist hardly help either. The children/teens there were amazing and were sweet i don't think i had a bad experience with them. please i advise to not bring your kids here if you actually want them to get help. I need a shot again
I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve never written a negative review in my entire life but wow, salus care is a pathetic excuse for a psychiatric institution. As I’ve been a patient since 2017, I did not realize that OTHER psychiatrists out there that would be so helpful and not ignorant to the needs and basic rights of their patients. The experience was not that great. I been thee for three days. The lights in the room didn't let me sleep much and nurses had to watch us sleep it was uncomfortable for me. Also I had fun but I sometimes hear them curse at night. And they also send a 8 year old at that place just for throwing chairs and he was on the suicide group and he doesnt do self harm.
