Loved the staff and their compassion. Salas gave me my life back. People complain about the beds and food but dont understand that thier funding is low and they do the best they can with what resources they have.
I would rate this facility zero stars if I could. First, the place is disgusting and unwelcoming. I had an awful feeling the minute I walked in. The staff (mostly the female nurses) were INCREDIBLY rude, and were making fun of patients. It was so disheartening to listen to it and know I was stuck in a place with such uncaring people when I was in a vulnerable state. So unprofessional. These people are the most ungodly people I have ever met! They mix up my records with another patient and I made a complaint they hid it for three months I checked in they then say they took care of the medical records violation and a member had been terminated which of course was a lie. Now 3 years later I call for medical records question only to find out they never fixed the medical records mix up smh then Nanette and Michelle Sutherland ghost me after bringing it up do not trust them with ur mental health
This place is filthy. I have pictures of mold and mildew in entrance where visitors are to wait before visit times. The place is poorly staffed and basic cleaning seems to be an after thought. The doctors are only in prescribing prozac at high levels to patients under the age of 18. They do not inventory clothing/personl items when under age patients are admitted and have said belongings with them.
