I've seen Joshua Pittman he did not rush me listening to my situation and understand no brush off arranged what he needed me to do with my needs in getting it done . I did not expect this to be so to easy to talk to but was so pleased with his treatment plan and understanding. I would highly recommend him a good asset to Dr. Saluja's team.
In just over 4 months of appointments at Saluja I have had 3 extremely negative experiences with the front desk staff. Firstly being refused care at a follow-up because of insurance fraud committed by someone at the front desk of the MLK office (deleting any records of my appt), secondly being forgotten about on the check-in list and not called back from my appointment until 1.5 hours after its scheduled time, and thirdly not bothering to verify my referral until my 8th appointment - forcing me to contact my PCP and retrieve... read more
