Amazing therapist. She has such a positive and uplifting energy that immediately makes you feel comfortable. She’s warm, compassionate, and truly makes you feel heard and understood. Every session feels supportive and safe, and her office creates such a calming and welcoming atmosphere. I always leave feeling lighter, more hopeful, and grateful. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have no words to thank my therapist Elizabeth, I am in the middle of my separation from my husband and she has given me so many tools to learn to first set limits, realize what I deserve, she has made me see how brave I have been for myself and my son... there are days that are not easy but little by little I will achieve it, the best day of the week for me are the days I break my therapy because it is like resetting and starting over, thank you so much Elizabeth you have been an angel that God put in my path ❤️🙏🏻
