Experienced problems with an insurance denial. Over a period of months I got no feedback from billing regarding the status of insurance claim. After calling insurance company was told appeal process and consultation option made available to dentist. I called and relayed the information and urgently requested a call back. Never got one. This place need to shut down .they had me come in for an appointment and when I got there they cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm the appt. In a text they sent me yet I have never confirmed my appt. Before and came in before and they seen me and another lady in the waiting room said she never confirms hers and they seen her every time it was no reason for them to have cancelled my appt.
