My wife has been going here for years. Today was not only humiliating but downright offensive! She has been having spells over the last few months where she gets flush with headaches and passes out. Salud made her an appointment for today because they felt it may be a heart issue. She actually has an appointment tomorrow with a cardiologist to get a heart monitor. RecommendedI've been coming to Longmont Salud for about 5 years now. As a nurse I am very picky about which doctors to see. Salud is a great place. My whole family gets treated here. From pediatrician, family practice and dentist. I would like to highlight some people that have throughout the years been exceptional. So when you receive this text message a day before a scheduled appointment are you to assume to show up anyway?? I was told today that this text does not mean not to expect a telephone appointment 🤔🤔. Really???? Wow!! Very disappointing!! This place is infuriating! My husband is a diabetic and we have had nothing but trouble getting his insulin... LIFE SAVING insulin. Most recently he was seen in September of 2019, and refills should be good for 6 months. The very first time we needed a refill following that appointment, we had problems getting them authorized and he spent a couple of days without any insulin at all; both short and long acting!
