I’ve never had such a rude and disrespectful provider in a pediatric setting. While waiting in the lobby, I heard him speaking abrasively to several children for “disobedience” during their exams. During my child’s exam, he asked her questions and then scolded her to “let him be the doctor” when she answered. Coming from a distance to get the care we need for root canal specialist and we got the best treatment we needed! My child was in pain, Dr. Marty, Niki and Joe were compassionate, doing test to the tooth that’s suspected to radiate the pain then gave us the plan on how to treat it and did it! Him and his staffs will make sure you don’t go home in pain, even if they have to work after closing hours which we really appreciate. It was great! I scheduled appointment over the phone, gave my child’s insurance information and they politely remind me to bring the birth certificate or social or student id from school to identify that patient is indeed the policy holder of the insurance. So I brought everything they told me they’d need, then I fill up the 3pages forms and flawlessly assist my child to get evaluated. This man treats patients like they didn’t have a choice to go elsewhere. He is rude, arrogant, and blatantly disrespectful. Please visit another dentist that has respect and compassion for their patients already dealing with an issue. He treats everyone like they are a nuisance. Not professional at all.

I'm disabled & without dental insurance. Found his name online list of low income dentist, & told his office the same. Like most other dentist I called it's $120 4 xrays & initial visit. When arriving to dentist appointment, again I said " i have screenshots of My Disability Benefits. Kept asking are you going to take this, & Gwen said, " we'll do it later." Do not come here, I made an appointment at 8:45, I waited in the office for 2 hours, then someone walked in with a 10:00 appointment and waited five minutes and was seen. I threw a fit and got refunded. Don’t ever come here!

Dr Saltzman took time to study my issues and guided me on what needed to be done to correct my problems. For an honest assessment and skilled work he's the man. I had very little discomfort as well.
