Dr. Saltz in Aventura Florida has been my Primary Care doctor for over a year and a half.. All I can say about her is that I just Love Her and I would not ever want to change her for the world..
Terrible customer service. Whenever I call I can never get an operator or appointment scheduler on the phone. I can call at 9:00 am, 11:00 am or 3:00 pm. I always have to call back to back for several days till I can get anyone on the phone. Unfortunately,. this has be the normal for me when calling the staff. Dr. Saltz as a physician is wonderful, but her office staff is totally inefficient.
She was very friendly and pleasant. Took time and asked all the necessary questions.
