Salty’s BBQ was really good! We tried the tri-tip, brisket, roll, and spicy mac and cheese, and everything hit the spot. The meat had great flavor, and the BBQ sauce was wow—definitely took it to another level. The spicy mac and cheese was honestly amazing too. Definitely a place I’d come back to next time I’m in Bakersfield.
