Sorry Salty, the best thing you have going for you is that you came out on the show with Guy. You might have been good then buts its gone now, season your beans, dont dry out your brisket and please you need better bbq sauce. Ill stop by again in a few months for an update
My relative made the most nastiest brisket ever and I've yet to enjoy it fully, so I had to come here. I ordered a brisket sandwich with Mac n cheese. My first words when I pulled a piece off like butter was "this is how brisket should taste". Definitely will be spending my money again here. Great spot for BBQ! Everything was delicious and the service was incredibly fast—we ordered, and our food was ready by the time we walked to the table. It was our first time here, so we went with the Salty’s Special, which I highly recommend. It came with tri-tip, pulled pork, coleslaw, and peppers, all with a really nice sweet and spicy flavor. You’ve also gotta try the spicy mac n cheese. It’s not overly spicy—honestly, I think even kids would enjoy it. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Bakersfield CA
