I have been a loyal customer at Osha since 2023 and have never experienced service as AWFUL as I did tonight with my server, Mina. I am typically greeted and offered a choice between still, tap, and sparkling water upon being seated, but Mina did not offer this at all. After my food was brought out, she never once came to check on my table . I had to flag down a passing server anytime I needed assistance.
