We live in NY but have had a condo in Bradenton in our family for 50 years, since my grandparents bought it in 1974. After much soul searching we decided it was time to sell it, since we are no longer able to visit very often. Our group of 5 adults, one teen and one 8 mo. old were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the "Blue Pearl" in Holmes Beach. It was everything as advertised and more. The pool is simply exceptional, the beds and baths super clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and family room perfect for cooking and gathering in comfort. The location is three really short blocks from the surf. The only shortcoming we found was no Insinkerator which we needed one evening...but that was nothing compared to the perfection and cleanliness we... read more

We stayed at Mary’s Place over spring break for our second year in a row. We loved it the first year, but this year with the renovations, it was beyond AMAZING! The new backyard with a pool and hot tub is beautiful beyond words. The house was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. It’s steps from downtown but tucked away so you have privacy and can escape the hustle and bustle of Pine Street. Mary’s Place and Anna Maria Island is without a doubt my happy place!

After staying at one of their rentals, we ended up buying an airbnb with Capital Ton in Sarasota, we plan on hiring Salty Mermaid to manage our rental.
