My family and I have ordered catered meals on several occasions from Chef Nicole. The food is always absolutely delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Nicole does a fabulous job of working around allergies and preferences. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. Both the Chef and her assistant are great with communication! Thank you!

Highly recommend Salty Fig Catering. We came into Kamloops for the Canada Soccer National Championships in October of 2025. They provided two meals a day for the seven days we were there. Accomodated our ever changing schedule and provided healthy nutritious great food (suitable for athletes performing at a high level) at a great price point. Salty Fig recently catered the cocktail hour at my wedding! We had charcuterie and a yummy assortment of puff pastries and skewers. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The team also made sure it was set up beautifully and on time. I couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend Nicole's team for anyone's upcoming events 😊
