Up until today, I’d never had a bad experience, but after today, I’ll never be back. You didn’t just lose one customer because I always gave you guys great recommendations. Today was the last. Never again. Waitress just didn’t care. I’m the type of customer that doesn’t even complain about a hair in the food (which there weren’t any).
