Have always had a great time n good service at this place. The food is exceptional for such a small restaurant..good company great music and a cold drink who could ask for more?

My husband and I used to come to this restaurant a few years ago and when he mentioned coming to Maggie Valley I couldn't wait to have my sea food fix. Boy was I disappointed. The best thing about the whole meal was the cold beer. The baked potato wouldnt even melt the butter. The sea food was cold. When it was brought to the waitress attention all she said did was offer to re warm it. Im so sad this place has gone down so bad.
The food was okay. The service was bad. The waitress was very forgetful. As we were sitting there another came in and was never waited on so they got up and left. I will probably never go back there when I visit the area.

Got our beer order wrong waited forever on the food and didn't even get some of the order ,food was not good but thankfully some bikers behind us paid for our dinner for being loud in the restaurant, thanks guys ,that's the only reason for 1 star

We appologize about your service. If we had heard of any problems at the time we would of corrected it. I will talk to the server tonight and relieve him of his services. We had a large group of 35 on the lounge side which may of affected the amount of time the food had come out. I am sorry. This should of been explained to you as came in.
Been stopping in there for years when we are in town.
It is what a bar is supposed to be ! Broklyn behind the bar kept my mouth watering and my drink full all the time I was there ! The food is outstanding - service was great ! And the tab didn't fuck up my buzz !! What more can you say !
