Great locals bar with great ambiance! A not to miss when on the Spit.
One of the best dive bars ever. Not to be missed if your on the Kenai Peninsula.
What a unique saloon! It was a blast. Yes, we added our $1's to the ceiling & had an awesome Denali beer brewed in Talkeetna. Great afternoon! Be sure to check out the Salty Girls shop Behind the saloon. Great gift shop with reasonable prices. A MUST visit saloon if you're in Homer.
Neat experience. Though, not to us, the one bartender was rude to several guests. Between that and cash only, we left after one beer.
Walking in as an obvious tourist, the bartender, Erica, made me feel like a regular. I had a great conversation with the regular customers and learned that the wearing if hats behind the bar is not allowed. If the light is on, y'all need to come on in.
Cool 😎 bar, but can be real busy waiting on drinks.
Must do for tourists and Alaskans alike. I believe the bloody Mary is tops.

After many years of living in Ak I finally went in the bar. The bar itself was great fun, meeting people, talking, laughing with friends. But the bartender ruined our experience. She was so rude to everyone. Older, over bleached blonde lady, some locals called her Mean Jean. Don't know if that's really her name but it should be. No customer service skills.
