Their costumer service is so bad. I purchased a silver necklace for my 17 year old daughter, it tarnished in the first few weeks. I have reached out to Salty Cali by email and on Instagram but they do not response. I included a picture the necklace on the left should look like the necklace on the right.

I got my necklace from a local boutique and really love it! The chain broke and I contacted them directly they did send me a replacement, because I had registered to their free warranty service after purchasing the necklace. Super quick response and shipped my replacement necklace. Great customer service!

Je suis très déçue de devoir donner 1 étoile, moi qui pensais adorer cette compagnie, puisque j'ai vue un de leur collier dans un magasin et je l'ai trouvé très beau et de bonne qualité. Par contre, j'ai placé une commande il y a maintenant presque deux mois pour 2 bijoux que j'avais très hâte de recevoir, mais malheureusement, 2 mois plus tard, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Ordered a beautiful necklace online and paid extra $35 in shipping to have sent to Canada within 3-5 days. It’s now over 5 weeks and never arrived. Made many attempts through email and social media to have it sent out, nothing has ever came out of this. I’m super disappointed, and now trying to get a refund or will need to claim CC fraud.
