Ordered a beautiful necklace online and paid extra $35 in shipping to have sent to Canada within 3-5 days. It’s now over 5 weeks and never arrived. Made many attempts through email and social media to have it sent out, nothing has ever came out of this. I’m super disappointed, and now trying to get a refund or will need to claim CC fraud.
