Even in the midst of construction this spot is amazing!!! I love the salad bar and cannot wait for the me u to be back once they are in the new space within the hotel.

We only ordered appetizers (flatbread and charcuterie board) and different drinks (apperol spritz, coconut/strawberry margarita, and espresso martini to name a few), and those were delicious! The server was fabulous, but the bartender was SLOW. It took the bartender 15-25 minutes to make a drink every time we ordered one. I understand espresso martinis can take a while but only one of those was ordered. There was only one other table present at the time. Saltwood is one of my go to lunch spots! The salad bar is top-tier and you can’t go wrong with making your own custom salad. They have high-quality selections for your base as well as toppings. you also have your choice of protein between beef, chicken, and shrimp. They are very cautious about cross contamination if you were to have allergies and all of the proteins are well seasoned. If you’re in the area, definitely check out the salad bar lunch. It’s a deal that can’t be beat.

Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is upscale and gorgeous. You get UNLIMITED salad for $20 with super fresh ingredients and tons of options to switch things up. They offer steak, shrimp, and chicken for protein, and everything was delicious. The drinks were great too! Friendly and helpful service made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back!
