We had a wonderful time at SaltTreeYoga yesterday as 4 girlfriends enjoyed the pampering and relaxation. Celebrating Tammy's birthday. Definitely going back for Diane's birthday.
Absolutely loved my experience there today!! I did the sauna, hydrotherapy bed, and salt cave. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely kind! I also loved all of the items that were sold there as well (lots of the stuff for sale was from local people/places). I highly recommend and will be returning. Thank you so much for such a relaxing, fun, and different experience today!
I thoroughly enjoyed my last trip to Salt Tree. I tried the light therapy bed and the suana. Both were fantastic! I felt some aches and pains in my neck start to fade away! I can not wait to go back to the salt cave with a group of friends!!
Enjoyed every moment at the Salt Cave on Saturday with my girlfriend Jennifer. We bought a gift certificate for each other for Christmas. We chose the sauna, the light therapy bed, and time in the Salt Cave. Each one is so calming and relaxing. Can't say enough about the place. Love it and can't wait to go back!!
Yesterday I attended a class titled I AM WORTHY at Salt Tree Yoga in Ottawa. Prior to our class we had a session in the cave and shopped. This place is one of my many homes away from home. It's a atmosphere of peace, calm, friendship, and increasing your knowledge of health in wellness. The staff is educated, friendly and make it easy for your experience to be one that you will never forget as well as making you feel comfortable immediately. I highly recommend it to anyone! Yesterday was my first time at Salt Tree yoga. It was the most amazing experience I ever had! I felt so relaxed and my allergies help so much better whenever. It was so comfortable and warm. The aroma smells in the Salt Cave were amazing! I will be making this at least a monthly visit.
