Went there a few weeks ago with my mom and sister. I did the Infrared Sauna first, which was much more enjoyable than I thought! Then the three of us did the salt cave which is incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere of the entire place is wonderful. Stop by and check out all the lovely things for sale.
From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like I was in a sacred space. It is beautiful and serene. The salt cave is incredible! Can't wait to return in December!! Also want to buy some of the salt scrubs and soaps for Christmas presents! Perfect place for aromatherapy classes!
I've been using the Salt Cave all week for my bronchial cough. It's amazing how much it has helped me. I would highly recommend it if you're having problems with coughs.
On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being high, 5000 is my vote. One of a kind experience.
