This is absolutely our favorite place to eat. The servers are great. Especially like Joe, Eric and Nathan.The food is wonderful. The wait is like any other GOOD restaurant. We have a Landry's card so that gets us in quicker. With the card you get points and at 250 points-u get a $25 credit on the card to use whenever.!!
Stopped in earlier to enjoy a dinner with my fiance as usual.Ordered myself a medium rare steak took roughly 20 minutes to receive my steak and was cooked medium well.After sending it back to be prepared to my choosing Manager had an attitude.Unprofessional Management Skills.Was looking forward to enjoying my favorite steak house for my birthday.
Called this location to inquire about the wait. After being told it would be 30 - 40 minutes, decided to order to go. Was then told it would be 25 minutes. Got there in 30. Was then told "it's not quite ready". After another 15 minutes, the order was wrong!!! Waited another 5-10 minutes for them to get it right. #neveragain
Already wrote about our three crappy trips to this place on my Facebook. Will never return!
