food was awesome, steaks were perfect, service was terrible, she forgot our drinks, she forgot our apps, the wrong meals came, she took them back and we had t ask for our salad, she forgot the salads then the meal comes and it was good food. service sucks

Well, I remember a time when this chain was a cut above the rest, this is not my feeling anymore. Our server, Tanner, worked his tail off and we appreciate it. I feel that when you have a party of nearly 30 people you need to rethink a few things; access to all guests, ability to move around, guest comfort etc. the entire evening, because we were crammed in a corner, my husband and I spent our time getting bumped in the back etc. this was not our servers fault, but that if management for not finding a better way to seat so m... read more
The food was cook as I order. The waiter was so friendly and polite. I have never had a bad meal there. Best steak in town
First time to Dallas, I had to get a TEXAS steak while here. 6 people recommended, and it pasted all marks!
Cal was our waiter and he did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous, wit a very pleasant disposition. Great server!! Do whatever is necessary to keep him. Oh, yes, my steak was excellent as was my wife's hamburger.
