"Well done" does not mean dried out. Never had this happen at any other Saltgrass. Customer service is great but the steak is sub par.
Just want to say that I just got the worst service at the bar. Can you imagine setting at the bar of all places and not be able to get a drink. Had to stop the manager so I could get a drink. Won't come back to this location ever again.
Steaks were just how we ordered them. All staff members were fantastic!
