NO. DON'T GO. A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. 16 OZ PRIME RIB HAD 6 OZ. OF FAT TRIMMED OFF !!! WAS OVER COOKED AND TERRIBLE. DONT DO IT!
