Can't find a better cowboy ribeye anywhere

So I called this location to make reservations for Fathers Day I was told by 2 people never got there names but I was told that they had no reservation and that walk would be 2 to 4 hour wait so needless to say we did not take Dad to this location or any other come to find out later in the day I was lied to but that’s ok Saltgrass will never be getting my business
So disappointed in Saltgrass tonight! I usually LOVE everything about this place but tonight it was all horrible. We ordered our meal to go....was told it would take 15-20 minutes. We didn’t get everything until 45 minutes later because they forgot to cook half the order. Once we got home we realized that the order was missing all of our sauces and gravy, the dishes were super skimpy, the chicken fried chicken was raw, the soup was the wrong kind, and our potatoes were burnt. We Celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday there was 12 of us and our servers were super excellent and wonderful
Best steak in Texas is at THE KATY salt grass I have eaten steaks all over the state this particular restaurant and time day or night had always been the best,
We didn’t wait long. Waitress was very understanding with what I wanted. My steak was delicious but my boyfriends was a lil under cooked for his liking. Love the bread and salads as well.
It was my first time at Saltgrass! The food was excellent and the drinks divine! Our waitress took great care of us! I will have to check out ours in El Paso!!
