If I order a steak at Denny's, I sincerely expect a level of disappointment and confusion when trying to explain to my waiter what the definition of a medium steak is. This should never happen at a steak house where I am paying $28.00 for a ribeye. It should not be cold. Or white inside. If the waiter has to have a discussion about what color it is after seeing that the meat is CLEARLY overdone, you do not have a steak house. You have a problem.
