We had Salters as a property manager for 3 years and it was a total nightmare! They are unethical and will rob you of your money. Run the other way and don't look back!
I concur with the same as all others have stated on this forum. Even as a renter, this organization is horrible. What makes this worse is we are having to deal with our home owner directly and she is cut from the same cloth. We are at the point that we have a lawyer involved. They are terrible, they lie, cheat and steal and its about time they are exposed for who they really are. One thing is for sure the truth shows itself sooner or later! They tell everybody how they are upstanding christians, but yet they get ahead by lying and stealing from people. Salters Property Management is the worst. Has anyone been able to find these people? They managed my property for a few years, and after several months of unpaid rent, we finally fired them. Sadly, our renters were paying on time, and Salters must have been pocketing the money. They owe us $5k, have not answered our calls or letters, and we are taking them to criminal court.
