I get message w/cupping and it helps with kneck and lower back issues. I also get reflexology which acknowledges certain internal areas to be aware of.
I had the foot detox service. I loved the place. The entire staff catered to you from start to finish. It was very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely go back again. Next visit will be the salt cave. If you are looking for pampered "me" time I would highly recommend SALTability retreat.

Excellent experience — booking online was fast, easy, and they have a wide selection of therapies. The inside is cozy and clean. My reception was welcoming and accommodating. The massage was perfect—Lisa really listened to me and areas I wanted her to focus on. She was professional and experienced. She gave me recommendations on home care and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend SALTability Retreat. The only negative part of my experience is that I wished I had booked 90 minutes, not 60….
Saltability is a great place for relaxing and recharging your mind and body. Excellent therapists, surroundings and service. The anniversary event was as lovely as every service I have had here. Highly highly recommend.
