Filthy couch, poorly cleaned room, no duvet cover + stains on duvet, many stains on the the towels Living room TV also doesn’t work Woman at front desk was very kind and did what she could/was allowed by management We were offered a similar room in cleanliness so decided it wasn’t worth the move Won’t go here again or refer

Bad points: I booked a 1 bedroom, ocean view and spa. I'm pretty disappointed in the room cleanliness, marks on the walls, dirty marks in the spa, spa kept shorting and turning off every 20 seconds and heater doesn't work, the shower was flooding the whole bathroom because the water pressure was weak and going around the bath edges and on the floor, coffee cups had to be cleaned before using as they were dirty. Fantastic! Great location - opposite beach, flat walk to Lagoon and many shops, cafes and restaurants, including IGA and bakery. Coles and Woolies are about 15min walk. Playground is across the road. And another Playground at the end of the street on.the way to the Lagoon. Plenty of family-friendly dining opportunities. Our apartment was great, despite starting to show it's age. Importantly, large and spacious, clean, and everything we needed. So much storage! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bring your own toiletries... read more

Well designed Apartment with the worst moldy smell in it I have ever smelled and I am not too sensible and usually have a bad nose. In bed you get a headache within minutes. There is no reception after 5 pm so no chance to talk so someone. I think about sleeping in the car. Worst accomodation ever. We had Apt. 201

I have stayed here many times for work over the years and the rooms have generally been great but this time I stayed in 211 and it smelt very musty and the windows near the door were so dirty . It just looked neglected and tired. The main TV doesn’t work, no free to air . The parking space had a huge concrete support beam in the bay ( approx 500 x 300) not on the edge or a dividing line but fully in the bay.
