I had my wedding here in February 2025 and I couldn't have asked for a better venue. My family is local, but my husband and I live in California, so having good communication with the venue and logistics leading up to the wedding were very important to us. I was invited by researchers from RSMAES to visit and was surprised how few vegan options there were on campus for being a school with such an environmentally conscious population. There was a veggie burger, but it was cold on the inside. Thankfully it was a veggie burger since that would be dangerous if it was a meat burger, but it was disappointing the option given was so subpar. Fantastic atmosphere, but for that you can just go to the bar next to it.
It was a special all day event on Saturday. Food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was great and service too. Everything, including beers, was paid for by an organizer. Awesome view from the ouside terrace.

We found this restaurant-bar hidden on Virginia Key, and we loved it! You find the entrance to The Rosenstiel School full of oceanographers past the Seaquarium. Let the gate attendant know you're heading to restaurant or the bar. You'll find a wide open indoor dining space and bar, an outdoor patio, delicious affordable food and drinks, a fantastic view of Bear Cut on Biscayne Bay, and plenty of seating.
