I enjoy salt and straw ice cream. We came to this location and after getting our ice cream, I guess we exceeded the parking time allotment by a few minutes, and this ended up greatly increasing the cost of the ice cream trip. We won’t be returning to this location.
I had such a great experience at Salt & Straw thanks to Danny and Mel! They were both so friendly and welcoming. They offered great recommendations and made the whole experience fun!
Melanie was so sweet and helpful. She gave me the best recommendations and was very welcoming. I ended up getting cookie dough which was my favorite recommendation.
I want to start off by saying thank you! Maggie the manager was amazing! I wasn’t sure of what I wanted and she offered me some samples and I was able to find my flavor of choice. Her customer service could not have been better. You have gained a new loyal customer thanks to Maggie!
