Our Silver Lake shop is nestled on the iconic Sunset Blvd, a street known for its vibrant personality and place for community gatherings. Some consider this city the “Portland of LA”, so naturally we feel right at home. We highly recommend taking your ice cream on a walk down the street to experience the mural-lined walls and all the creativity and craft the city has to offer.

The ice cream can sometimes have a gummy texture. Which is gross. Also had some ice in it. This months flavors are bad. It's gone down hill.
After hearing about Salt & Straw for ages, I finally checked it out, and it did not disappoint! The flavors are unique and daring, like the Honey Lavender or the Pear & Blue Cheese. I had a scoop of their Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons, and it was a dream. The staff was so friendly and patient as I took forever to decide. It’s a fun spot for ice cream lovers looking for something different.
