Get the pear and blue cheese ice cream. Trust me, it's amazing.
Very good ice cream. You can skip the line if you buy a pint. Go to the freezer in the back. Only bother waiting in line if you want a fresh waffle cone or didn't get enough queueing after Voodoo.

Once you have your sweet, prize, tell everyone that scoops of fish sauce caramel & dill pickle sorbet are better than advertised. The shop even collaborates with local breweries for booze scoops.

I was a skeptic, but now I believe. Yes, the flavors are delicious and unique, but the customer service is what pushes this place far beyond.
