Our NW shop is in the historic Esquire Building that has a history as a variety of theaters, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors (or at least they called the backdoor entrance an ‘ice parlor’ during prohibition).

Must eat all the flavors. Strawberry balsamic, honey lavender, and chocolate gooey brownie.
Pear and blue cheese!!! Sounds strange but absolutely delicious
Unique, rich, organic, delicious! Fantastic Customer service. be ready to wait 30min in line, is worth it though!
Get the pear and blue cheese ice cream. Trust me, it's amazing.
Very good ice cream. You can skip the line if you buy a pint. Go to the freezer in the back. Only bother waiting in line if you want a fresh waffle cone or didn't get enough queueing after Voodoo.
Woweee! Best ice cream eva!
Once you have your sweet, prize, tell everyone that scoops of fish sauce caramel & dill pickle sorbet are better than advertised. The shop even collaborates with local breweries for booze scoops.
Really enjoyed the honey lavender
I was a skeptic, but now I believe. Yes, the flavors are delicious and unique, but the customer service is what pushes this place far beyond.
