Balsamic strawberry is the essence of summer.
Honey lavender. Pear with blue cheese. Strawberry honey balsamic with black pepper. Say hello to the "Voodoo Doughnuts of ice cream" in Portland. Absolutely divine!
Mmm... Good pastries too!
Aquabeet: Krogsrad Aquavit and Oregon Beets. Ice Cream!!!
Malted Plum! So delicious
Use the restroom, its like a history museum in there with old film shipping canisters from when the place was a theatre. Super cool.
They actually make their own waffle cones here.
1. Strawberry honey balsamic vinegar pepper ice cream is a MUST. If you don't have time to wait in line by-pass by buying a pint. 2. They are patient with tastings so try as many flavors as you like.
Sea salt and caramel ribbons is delicious!!!!
