I have tried other gyms / Pilates but I find myself always coming back to Salt + Stone studio Pilates. It’s literally my go to. Owner is absolutely amazing and is literally such a beautiful human being ! The employees are such beautiful souls. I’ve found that all instructors are very knowledgeable and are always helping ! Definitely suitable for first timers as this Pilates studio was my first ever Pilates and remains the best by far ! Absolutely recommend. (Ps, I’ve just edited myself out of these photos)
Pilates has increased my strength and flexibility. The instructors at Salt & Stone are friendly and helpful. I always enjoy the classes at Salt & Stone Wyong, I would totally recommend them.

I have been here a year now ,it is unbelievable that I did it. I am a mother with 2 kids , I need a quiet moment for myself , so I chose them which I never tried before . I love the owner Brooke and my coach Laura , they make me feel more confident with my body now ,and always encourage me to make it possible . I would recommend to all my friends and the people who want to make some changes with either their bodies or lifestyle . Love it so much .
Salt and Stone Pilates in Wyong is a wonderful studio with a small amount of spots meaning you get more attention as there aren't as many clients in the room. Brooke and the other instructors are so knowledgeable and cater for all levels so it's the best place to join. I love the way they push you if that's what you need or give you alternatives if you have an injury or just aren't feeling it. Highly recommend Salt and Stone
