This company does not honor their gift certificates, nor do they return calls. We’ve tried contacting them for we seven times about redeeming a gift certificate, and they refuse to answer. Do not use this service, it is a scam.
Not trustworthy!! Choose somewhere else. They charged a family member double and they simply ghosted him. No reply. Not to mention —no refund. Management is terrible.
My husband called this place on my birthday in October to give me a surprise massage. They did a good job. However, they made me pay when my husband had already paid the main manager. He sent the money to their business cashapp prior to me showing up. Then I was charged after the massage. The double charge was brought up to the manager several times and she stated she would refund us the money. It is now a new year and she has not sent me my money back.
I just had the BEST massage by Christine. Her shoulder and neck techniques are magic. I’ve seen some comments about using a gift card. I booked online and then selected the “Pay at Appointment”. Easy peasy!
Booked a 90 min session for my wife on her Bday. I prepaid for it so she wouldn’t have to worry about it. After the session, she was charged again. I brought it to their attention and they've been giving me the runaround. Ive been very patient with them but this should've been taken care of immediately.
