Went for my first session yesterday, I had the room to myself, it was cozy, comfortable,room was dark and a bit chilly but I was prepared I had my soft blanket. I was told to either bring my own blanket or they had some I could use. Nice communication I got before my session. The salt room was a unique relaxing experience. I get really bad sinus pain and pressure. I did notice less pressure after my first session. I’ll go a few more times to see if there are further benefits. Make sure you arrive promptly at scheduled time. Arriving late is disruptive to the treatment as it’s a group environment with several comfy lazy boy recliners.
