I have longed searched for a salon that would treat my hair uniquely and with care! My stylist Nikki was upfront about what I wanted to accomplish, how much it would cost and why it would cost the amount it did. I think that’s key, she never added anything mysterious in or surprised me with what she was doing. She also told me the best services for a follow up and upkeep. Had an amazing experience at Salt Salon with Katy! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. I got a balayage with toner and a haircut, and I’ve never been happier with my hair. Katy is detail-oriented, talented and patient. She even toned my hair multiple times to make sure we got the exact shade I was going for, and she was so sweet and positive throughout the entire process. My stylist canceled on me last minute for an important event and I couldn’t find anyone to do my hair because of the short notice. I had good service for years but now I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the salon. I will be looking for a new salon for future services.
