Guadalupe arrived at our residence to address a concern with our bathtub and shower. He looked over the issue, addressed our questions, provided informed responses, and walked through our options. We are still waiting to schedule the work needed to resolve the issue that we discussed, but we are thus far pleased with his approach, thought process, and communication.
