I started taking classes at SALT in February of this year and absolutely love it. It was my first time trying pilates and it is my new favourite activity! The classes, instructors and overall environment are all amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and I look forward to each and every class. Thank you so much for always making every class such a great experience!

I decided to try Pilates at the recommendation of my physio and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. Every instructor has been welcoming and wonderful. I’ve done 15+ classes now and I’ve had a good experience every time!
love love love salt pilates. it’s my favourite pilates studio and i love coming nearly everyday. clean studio, really high quality reformers + equipment and all of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. it’s extremely easy to book classes using their app, 7 days a week and so many different class times so i can almost always book a class according to my schedule. i find the prices fair given the location of the studio itself and expertise of the instructors. my favs are kat and cassie 🩷 i tried the ... read more
