Salt is my favourite workout ever. It has completely changed my posture and I’ve gotten strong and toned from coming here regularly. I love the instructors, especially Kat and Cassie - they are so knowledgeable, friendly and care a lot about form and technique. The small class sizes are wonderful and every class I take is unique from ones I’ve taken before so I’m always being challenged. Love coming here!!
I can't recommend Salt highly enough. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming and safety-minded at all times. There's a variety of class-types for all ability levels, and all skills are well-scaffolded. There are also occasional community-building initiatives like dog adoption events with RainCoast Rescue, support for local families around Christmas, and anniversary celebrations. I just started coming here a couple weeks ago and I love it so much. Great workouts, love the instructors, well worth having the unlimited memberships as the workouts aren’t too hard on your body and you can really come almost everyday if you’d like! I highly recommend to anyone considering :)
Wonderful studio- all of the instructors are amazing and the classes are all a fantastic workout. So happy I discovered this great community!
I went to Paige’s instructor development class and was very impressed! The environment was warm and welcoming, and Paige led a great class! She had my abs sore for 2 days after! Definitely worth checking out :)
