Recommend this studio to everyone I meet whether Pilates is new to you or you’ve been to other studios I promise it doesn’t compare to SALT the instructors are so welcoming and wise. Every time I book a class it makes my day, can’t say enough good things about this studio!
Did the $60 x 3 classes intro offer and fell in love with this place! The instructors are so kind and helpful, the facility is clean and looks basically brand new, and the prices are reasonable compared to other studios! I love that this is close to home. Looking forward to purchasing my membership!
I’ve been coming to this studio for quite a while now, and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is welcoming, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and energized. Kat’s classes are my favorite. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and always pays attention to proper form while keeping the workouts challenging and fun. Every class feels different, and I always leave looking forward to the next one.
