Absolutely love this reformer Pilates studio. The instructors are amazing. The exercise routine is so adjustable to your fitness level that it’s perfect for everyone. It’s so fun that I barely notice I’m working out. I’m fully addicted and can’t get enough. You gotta try it!
I can’t say enough great things about SALT Pilates + Barre! I signed up for the Triple Threat package while visiting Langford for the weekend, and from the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed. The studio is bright, calming,clean and super cute—such a lovely space to reset and recharge.
