Fantastic! Seth is amazing at what he does and is very knowledgeable.
I booked an appt. for a float session about a month ago. I was planning to treat myself the day after my school year contract ended. I got an email the day before reminding me of my appt. I showed up 15 minutes early just to make sure I was in the water right at 2:30 as I had other plans right after my float and wanted to be out of the water right at 3:30. If you just need to get cold, there’s a tub, but it is in no way a spa experience, and a joke for the cost. It’s in an office space, isn’t welcoming or clean. There were massive amounts of hair in the weird shower. The sauna maxes out at 130 F, the staff acts like interrupted college students, the towels smell like mold, and maybe if it was 1/3 of the cost it would be ok, but they are charging spa prices for a gym experience.
10/10 experience I feel completely reset and re-energize I would definitely recommend checking their location out.
