Tried it out last night and really loved it. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. The food was GREAT! Loved the caso dip, it was so flavorful. The salsa is the freshest I have ever had. Enchiladas were so good I cannot say enough about them. Everything is California Mex and not traditional Mex and I really loved it. Everything was so fresh - you could taste all of the herbs and spices in each bite of everything!

Missed the soft opening, but glad we made it to the official opening + 1 day. Staff was spot on in recommending the Grilled Grapefruit Margarita. The Smothered Cabo Enchiladas were great. I could easily taste the ingredients and the freshness. Love the atmosphere. We'll be back.

We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at Cabo Salt and Lime tonight. Great food! Everything was great but the appetizers were especially out of this world. The Cabo Baja Wontons, guacamole and the mango salad were fantastic!
