The building is old and the layout is confusing. The Vision center shares a reception with another office, and it is clear that the organization of the two spaces is poor. I went in to have my glasses and contacts prescription updated. When I went to pay for my visit, I found out that the doctor has only completed a prescription for my glasses. I was told I would have to schedule an additional appointment to have my contacts prescription done. Additionally, the assistant who 'helped' me order frames and lenses seemed scatter... read more
